NGS Sequencing Services
The Genomics core provides a wide range of next generation sequencing services. We offer amplicon, whole plasmid, and RNA library preparation, along with whole exome sequencing, selective exon capture and next generation sequencing NGS (for ocular disease genes RetNeT, glaucoma, optic neuropathy), and whole genome sequencing, and RNA sequencing for transcriptome analyses. We can also assist you with your custom sequencing project, please contact us for a consultation or request a quote.
Illumina Sequencing:
Includes library quantification, denaturation, sequence data generation and delivery. Does not include library preparation and pooling.
